All returns must be returned in Brand New condition, unworn with tags attached - No jewellery can be returned
- All returns need to be sent back or returned instore within 14 days

- Refunds on Zip or Afterpay are accepted

- You’re welcome to return via post if you are out of area, otherwise all returns are required to be made in store
FAULTY ITEMS
- Our aim is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase
- If you receive an item that may be faulty due to manufacturing we will do our best to replace your item or provide you with a store credit or refund.
- If your item is faulty please contact us ASAP (within 48 hours) via email info@symphonys.com.au or call the store on (02) 46557334 so we can refund you, replace your item, or issue you with a credit note instore or online.
When emailing us, be sure to note-
Subject as FAULTY ITEM.
Please note your order or invoice number, name, address and description of the fault so we can work with you and ensure you are happy with the outcome.
